Popular LDS author and speaker, BRAD WILCOX, will be our keynote speaker this year. Brad's genuine warmth and down-to-earth speaking style make him a favorite of youth and adults alike! One of the topics Brad will be discussing with the youth conference comes from his book, Raising Ourselves to the Bar.
HEATHER BURTON, homeschool mom of eight sons and one daughter, is the President of LEAFF (a Leadership Education service organization) and is the Director of Arbinger Community (an on-line gathering of people around the world who are interested in peacebuilding). She'll be sharing her expertise in strengthening family relationships and Thomas Jefferson Education.

While the one-on-one tutoring that comes with home education can help many learning difficulties, reading problems and dyslexia can pose additional challenges to homeschool parents. DR. ANN SHARP, a literacy expert and instructional researcher in BYU's education program, will provide specific helps for parents who are dealing with these special needs.
We're also excited to hear from JEFF BENEDICT--SVU Distinguished Professor, award-winning investigative journalist, best selling author (of The Mormon Way of Doing Business, and many others) and homeschool dad!

Do you ever wonder how other moms run homeschooling groups? Get their kids excited about history? Find ways to make learning fun? Well, wait no more! This year we are proud to introduce LDSEHE Mentor Moms©! In these special 1/2 hour classes, you'll hear from some of our very own LDSEHE moms, speaking about topics they love! They will be sharing with you something that they are excited about--whether it is a fun way to teach math, or how to get your youth ready for the ACT test. Look for these classes on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. We think you'll love them!
